In Haircare is the brand of hair supplements made in France, vegan, cruelty free, with a mixture of vitamins, minerals and plants designed for all hair types, with the main objective of good health, strengthening and growth of hair, in accordance with your real hair needs!

How to use
In Haircare ?

It is recommended to take two capsules every morning with a large glass of water.

Where are
products made ?

In Haircare food supplements have been developed in a French laboratory located in Avignon, specializing in food supplements.

When will I start seeing
the first results?

The results will be seen in the first few weeks, but for optimal results, allow at least 3 months before you feel a real difference in the fortification and growth of your hair.

What will happen if I stop
taking the In Haircare treatment ?

Nothing will happen if you suddenly stop taking your treatment.

Who can take the supplements
?

Anyone can start the In Haircare treatment. However, it is not recommended for children, teenagers and people suffering from diabetes. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to consult your doctor.

I sometimes have trouble swallowing the capsules, will this be the case with In Haircare food supplements ?

No need to panic! We have thought of everything. The capsules are size 1 so that everyone can ingest them easily.

In Haircare food supplements cruelty free ?

In accordance with our convictions, the food supplements have not been tested on animals.

Are In Haircare products vegan ?

The food supplements are suitable for vegetarians and are vegan. Even the capsule shell is of vegetable origin.

Can supplements cause undesirable side effects?

Our food supplements have been developed to be suitable for everyone without causing undesirable side effects. We advise you to respect the daily dose. Furthermore, we recommend that you do not combine food supplements. We do not commit ourselves in case of accumulation with other food supplements.

I am pregnant and/or breastfeeding, can I take In Haircare supplements ?

There is no restriction to take In Haircare supplements. But we advise you to ask your doctor's advice before taking our supplements.

Will In Haircare supplements grow hair on other parts of my body than my head?

Supplements will not cause hair to grow on other parts of your body.

Are food supplements also suitable for men?

Of course! Food supplements have been designed to meet their needs as well.

I don't have curly or frizzy hair. Are the treatments compatible with straight and fine hair?

Our supplements have been designed for frizzy, curly and frizzy hair, but are suitable for all hair types including straight, wavy hair...

How much sugar do gummies contain?

Gummies are low in sugar. 2 gummies per day is equivalent to a quarter of an apple.

Can I take the gummies and capsules at the same time?

We invite you not to take the gummies and the capsules at the same time knowing that they are 2 supplements which contain vitamins and minerals. There is therefore a risk of overdosing.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in France and abroad.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery and the preparation time. Count on average 2 to 4 working days for a delivery in colissimo or in relay pickup in Metropolitan France. For a delivery in the DOM TOMs, count a delay of 5 to 10 working days.

How do I change my delivery address?

Attention, it is not possible to change your address after validation of the order. However, outside of the orders you can change your delivery address, access your account and then click on the tab "My information". Finally, you can click on "Change my information". Once your address changed, remember to save it.

Are In Haircare products distributed/sold elsewhere than on the online store ?

In Haircare products are available online on the shop but also in stores, which you can find the list in the section our points of sale.

3. Questions about the order

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email with the tracking number of your package.

I can't track my order, what should I do?

We are very sorry! It may take a few days to give you access to the Colissimo tracking number. However, if one week after your order you still can't track your package, please contact us at hello@inhaircare.co. We will then be able to give you more information.

What payment methods are accepted on the site?

For the moment only payment by credit card via our secure payment platform Stripe is accepted on the site.

5. Questions about the returns

How do I return my order?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your product. Please note that if this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will normally expire on the next business day.

If the 14 days have passed since you received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unless your request falls under one of the cases below.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw to the company IN HAIRCARE by e-mail to the following address hello@inhaircare.co ..


For general returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you found it, with the safety cap. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To make a return you must present us with an invoice or proof of purchase. Please check the confirmation emails you receive from us for supporting documents.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

For late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we invite you to check your bank account.

What is the return address?

The return address will be communicated to you directly on the delivery note that will be in your package. You can also contact us on hello@inhaircare.co for a return delivery.

Can I share photos I took of the product/supplements?

Yes of course with the #inhaircare on the networks, your photo may appear on our home wall ;-)

7. Questions about the subscription

What is the monthly subscription?

It is a subscription that allows you to receive your monthly food supplement treatment directly at home. It is without commitment, you can suspend it at any time.
