Our advice for using a scalp scrub

Add the exfoliating jelly to your hair routine and free your scalp from all the impurities that prevent your hair from growing. Apply before your shampoo once a week:

On wet hair, apply the jelly to your scalp section by section (especially for voluminous hair).
Gently massage your scalp to distribute the jelly in circular motions.
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (to soften the seeds), removing the roots.

I only used it once, and felt that my hair had dried out immediately afterwards. I then checked the list of ingredients and realized that the product contained sulfates. I haven't used them for 5 years, which explains the drying effect. It's a shame. Apart from that, the jelly is fairly easy to apply, and it leaves a pleasantly fresh effect. I don't think I'll buy it again, and I'll limit its use to once a month, but I'd recommend it if you're still used to products with sulfates, otherwise not.
